1. Scope of B2B Operations

StockBay Logistics Private Limited ("StockBay", "we", "us", "our") manages advanced Grade-A warehousing and third-party contract logistics (3PL) services across India. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect corporate brand intelligence, WMS API access logs, telemetry data, and custom dispatch metrics. Because we operate strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) enterprise partner, our privacy systems are built around professional parameters rather than individual consumers.

2. Information Collection Protocols

We collect business-level information to deliver secure storage capacity modeling and SLA execution:

• Brand Profile Details: Corporate legal name, trademark registrations, contact telephone lines, corporate emails, and active GST registrations.
• Inventory Manifests: Product descriptions, weight loads, temperature parameters, packaging specifications, kitting orders, and slot allocations.
• Integration Telemetry: API authorization tokens, webhook endpoints, server IP addresses, query frequencies, and sync history between StockBay's WMS and client ERP modules.

3. WMS API Security & Data Isolation

StockBay guarantees complete data isolation across our multi-tenant cloud networks:

All API transactions, inventory queries, and automated dispatch logs routed through our WMS Client Portal are protected by standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Client databases (including custom SAP, Oracle, and Shopify integrations) are connected exclusively through isolated, token-authenticated environments. Under no circumstances do we share warehouse manifest data between active client accounts.

4. Telemetry and Physical Warehouse Auditing

To enforce strict pharmaceutical, battery cell, and high-value cargo SLAs, our physical facilities log continuous ambient telemetry:

Temperature-controlled rooms utilize automated sensors logging heat indexes, humidity, and power grid status in 60-second cycles. Additionally, our Grade-A warehousing parks employ high-definition thermal surveillance and facial-credential gates in bonded zones. Video and access logs are retained strictly for security audit purposes and are automatically purged after 90 days.

5. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

B2B clients may request a complete export, modification, or erasure of historical shipping manifest records and WMS login accounts. Upon formal written request from an authorized corporate officer, StockBay will isolate and permanently scrub target data blocks within 15 business days, subject to regulatory tax and maritime custom audit compliance rules in India.
